Galapagos Island Hoping – 5 Days

The Galápagos Islands will make you dream, love and respect nature. Made up of 234 islands off of Ecuador’s coast, 972 km into the Pacific Ocean, the islands are a biological paradise that offers each individual a unique experience unlike any other. Declared a World Heritage Site by Unesco in 1978, the Galapagos are home to some of the most unique animals in the world, including the famous Lonesome George, who was the last ever Pinta Island tortoise before they became extinct.

But Galapagos isn’t a tropical refuge at all. Many of its islands looks like an alien planet or the moon. Nature, however, found the way to put life on it, by creating a fragile ecosystem, so impressive, that it’s almost mythologi- cal. Yet you don’t have to be an evolutionary biologist to appreciate the funny Blue and Red-footed boo- bies, the Galapagos Albatross magnificence, the American flamingos super-pink plumage or the friendly behavior of Sea Lions, Marine and Land Iguanas. Each of the Galapagos Islands are unique in their own way. Some because their animals, like Floreana and Genovesa; others because of their landscapes, like Isabela, composed by six volcanoes, five of which remain active and others for their snorkeling or diving opportunities like Bartolomé, Santa Cruz and North Seymour. No matter which island you visit, the sce- nario will leave you breathless and the experience will be unforgettable.

Come and visit the Enchanted Islands and get to know the most incredible species and landscaes!
